I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The rooms were fantastic, overlooking the gorgeous winter garden courtyard where we had some of the best meals in Paris, especially for breakfast. They were a little too small but very comfortable and well-appointed. The large terrace with a view of the American embassy was a highlight. The service was a mixed experience, as the staff were amazing in securing us great lunch and dinner reservations, but there was an unfortunate incident where money was stolen from my bag, leading to a stressful time at the police station. The location was perfect, with easy access to major attractions and sumptuous surroundings at Place de la Concorde. The dining was a bit underwhelming at times, but the French pastries were delicious. Overall, a great hotel with some areas for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. The rooms felt like a little Parisian apartment with a view of the Eiffel Tower, chic and stylish with sumptuous linens and extravagant bedding. It was extremely comfortable and quiet, and the bed felt like a dream. The service was outstanding, with knowledgeable staff who recommended excellent restaurants. The location was ideal for gallery shopping and dining, adjacent to the American embassy, making me feel extremely safe. The dining experience was without a doubt the best I've ever had at a hotel, especially at the Crillon. Overall, a truly remarkable experience.
The hotel offers a cozy and personalized experience with well-appointed rooms but faces challenges with service reliability. The location brings a touch of charm to the stay, offering easy access to top shopping spots. Dining is pleasant but could be more accommodating to diverse guest preferences.
